Project Venture Adoption Info
“By adopting Project Venture you are joining a new community of youth workers willing to implement a program that is not ‘canned,’ but requires creativity and dedication not usually found in other models.”
—Founder, Mac Hall

Starting a brand new program in your community poses many challenges and is oftentimes difficult. But, those who have overcome theses challenges can attest that the benefits are very rewarding. Creating a successful youth program requires the help of everyone in a community, and its impact can be a lifelong product of change.

While Project Venture was created for Native American communities, the model has been adopted by a variety of cultural groups from various rural and urban backgrounds. NIYLP identifies with the most critical components of Project Venture and suggests ways in which the model can be adapted to suit a variety of situations. By focusing on positive outcomes, our programming yields positive results which demonstrate effective, culturally appropriate, community oriented alternatives to motivating youth to take action within their communities.

Please feel free to scroll through the many Project Venture Adoption sites across the country. If you are interested in adopting Project Venture in your community, read the adoption materials information below.
